Pembina Renaissance Faire Guidelines

• We reserve the right to escort you off the property when the rules are broken.

• Leave pets and emotional support animals at home. Service animals are welcomed.
• Smoking or Vaping is only allowed in the designated area.
• Any sorts of drugs or narcotics are prohibited, including weed, dab pens, drug paraphernalia, or unlabeled pills.
• Sharp objects, fireworks, drones/aerial devices, lasers, are prohibited.
• No Political, offensive, or revealing attire.
• Offensive language is prohibited, this is a family event.
• Supervision for anyone under 13 is required, the escort must be above 18.
• Do not try to have actors break character.
• Costumes DO NOT equal consent.
• Prop firearms or replicas are prohibited, including toys similar to firearms. (NERF, waterguns, fire cracker pistols, etc.)
• Not all areas are roped off, please stay in the general area.
• When buying liquor from vendors the container must remain sealed until you leave the premises.
• Cash is king, not every area will have debit/credit access. (ATM’s can be found at the Esso or Servus credit union.)
• Peace tying is allowed for some objects, the bag check will have zip ties.
• Each individual is responsible for their own items, including if they are lost or stolen.

Trinket Trading Guidelines

• These are rules to keep everyone happy and safe while trading, if reported breaking the rules you will be asked to leave.
• All trades should not involve buying a trinket or other monetary trades.
• While trading with someone under 13, ask for guardian consent.
• Items relating to offensive, political, sexual, or similar ideas are prohibited.
• Anything able to be consumed will be prohibited.
• Do not donate or tip with trinkets.
• Handmade items are encouraged, not required.
• Consent and personal comfort is key.
